Mold-Tek Packaging Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 29, 2018, inter alia, have recommended a final dividend of Rs. 2.00 per Equity Share (40%) for the financial year ended March 31, 2018 on Equity Shares, on face value of Rs. 5/- each.
The final dividend is subject to the approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
