Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform that Mr. S. S. Thakur, Independent Director of the Company has tendered his resignation from the Board due to reason as mentioned in his attached resignation letter dated 29th September, 2017.
In terms of Section 168 of the Companies Act, 2013, the resignation will be effective from 3rd October, 2017.
