Revised outcome - Please note that in the earlier communication regarding the outcome of the 8th (08/2025-26) Board Meeting the Company inadvertently mentioned that 1 (One) equity share of Rs. 10/- each would be subdivided into 1 (One) equity share of Rs. 1/- each.The correct ratio as approved by the Board is as under:1 (One) Equity Share of Rs. 10/- each into 10 (Ten) Equity Shares of Re. 1/- each.This communication may be read as a clarification to the earlier intimation.
