2. Appointment of Suhas Jande (DIN: 08384902) as Whole-Time Director of the Company subject to the approval of Shareholders of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
3. Appointment of Mayur Kanjibhai Rathod (Membership No. A49756) Member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India as a Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company.
