Trading Window for the securities of the Company shall be closed with effect from 30th September 2020 in accordance with the Companys Code to Regulate Monitor and report trading by Employees and other connected persons as per the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015.The Trading Window shall be opened after passing of 48 hours from conclusion of the Board meeting in which the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended on 30th September 2020 shall be approved. The date of the Board meeting shall be intimated to you separately.
