In terms of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 it is notified that Trading Window for the purpose of buying selling or dealing in CESC shares shall remain closed from 1 January 2020 and will open 48 hours after the announcement to the Stock Exchanges of the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter / nine months ending on 31 December 2019.
During this period Designated Persons and their relatives shall not trade in CESC shares.
