With reference to the captioned subject we wish to inform that the Board of Directors of Ather Energy Limited have vide circular resolution passed on September 01 2026 alloted 4 84 551 equity shares of face value INR 1/- each to eligible ESOP holders who have exercised their stock options under Ather Energy ESOP 2025 plan. These shares shall rank pari-passu with the existing equity shares of the Company in all respects.
