This is to inform that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. 12th November 2024 has approved the promotion of Mr. Rajendra Agarwal CFO to the position of President - Finance and CFO of the company and approved the notice of postal ballot seeking approval of shareholders for re-appointment of Mr. Rajesh Bansal as the whole-time director of the company w.e.f. 10th August 2024.
