1. Adopted the new SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
2. Considered and approved the resignation of Mr. Narender Baid, Company Secretary of the Company.
3. Formed a Committee required to look into the matter of closure of Mumbai office of the Company and recovery of Companys business and assets.
