Geometric: Board Meeting Intimation for Results & Closure of Trading Window

Geometric Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on January 16, 2017, inter alia, to consider and take on record the financial results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2016, in addition to other items of business.

In this connection, for prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for all Directors / Officers / Designated Employees of the Company from January 01, 2017 to January 18, 2017 (both days inclusive).
