This is in continuation of our earlier letter dated December 30 2020 along with Proceedings of the Annual General Meeting of the Company held on December 30 2020 and also informing that the detailed voting results of all the businesses transacted at the AGM as required under Regulation 44 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 (SEBI LODR Regulations) shall be submitted to you upon receipt of Scrutinizers Report.
We would like to inform you that as per the Scrutinizers Report all the resolutions mentioned in the AGM notice have been passed by the shareholders with requisite majority.
