Pursuant to the Regulations 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulation 2015 read with SEBI Master Circular updated on January 30 2026. we are hereby inform that the Board of Directors after considering the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee has approved the change of designation of Mr. Utkarsh Jain from Whole time director (Executive) of the company to Non-executive non - independent director of the company with effect form October 24 2026.
