In Compliance with the provisions of Regulation 32 (1) of SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements), Regulations, 2015, this is to inform you that there is no deviation or variation in respect of the utilization/use of the funds/proceeds raised through the Companys Preferential issue of Equity Shares as stated in the explanatory statement to the notice of the Annual General Meeting dated 17th August, 2017.
In this connection we are submitting a statement for utilization/use of the funds/proceeds raised through the Companys preferential issue of Equity Shares for the quarter ended on 31st March, 2018 and the same was reviewed by Audit Committee meeting held on 30th May, 2018.
