With regard to the captioned matter we wish to inform you that the Special Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 14th October 2019 have fixed the Record Date for the purpose of the Composite Scheme as 23rd October 2019 for determining the eligibility of the shareholders of the Company to whom equity shares of AMSL will be issued in terms of the Composite Scheme.
