Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30(2) of Securities Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors at its meeting held today i.e Friday, 27th April, 2018, inter alia, considered the following matters:

1. Appointed Shri Shah Rahul Ashokkumar (DIN No. 03579120) and Shri Ajay Bansilal Patil (DIN No. 03311397) as Additional Director of the company.


2. The Board also herewith discussed the day to day affairs of the company for its smooth functioning.
