Pursuant to the clarification dated April 02 2019 issued by National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited read with Clause 4 of Schedule B to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading ) Regulation 2015 the Company has decided to close the trading window for Designated Persons and Immediate Relatives of Designated Persons on immediate basis i.e. from Thursday October 1 2020 till the conclusion of 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter ended 30th September 2020.
