IFGL Refractories: Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Change in Management

Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Clause 7 of Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 (SEBI LODR 2015) kindly be informed that Mr Akshay Bajoria associated with the Company for nearly 15 years and hitherto designated as Assistant Vice-President - Sales & Marketing has been promoted to hold the post of President - Business Development & Strategy effective today i.e Wednesday 15th July 2026 and that he shall fall within the ambit of "Senior Management Personnel" in terms of Regulation 16(1)(d) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 read with applicable SEBI circulars. Mr Bajoria a Finance and Business Administration graduate had joined the Company as a Trainee and over the years contributed in growth of the Company
