With reference to the earlier announcement dated July 22, 2013 regarding Notice of Offer for Sale of Shares by Promoters, Best Eastern Hotels Ltd has now informed BSE that the Company had inadvertently mentioned that Kotak Securities Limited will be acting as the seller?s broker. In that regards, the sellers broker has been changed from Kotak Securities Limited to Choice Equity Broking Private Limited.
