AU Small Finance Bank: Change Of Registrar & Share Transfer Agent - Ncds

In continuation of our earlier intimation dated January 20 2026 we hereby inform that the Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA) for electronic connectivity for the following Non Convertible Debentures (NCDs) has been changed from KFin Technologies Limited (KFin) to MUFG Intime India Private Limited (MUFG) with effect from April 20 2026: INE519Q08178 INE519Q08160 INE519Q08186 INE519Q08194The Bank has received confirmation in this regard from National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL) on April 17 2026 and Central Depository Services (India) Limited (CDSL) on April 20 2026. Further in terms of Regulation 7(4) of the Listing Regulations the execution of a tripartite agreement between the Bank KFin and MUFG is under process and same will be intimated in due course.This is for your information and records.
