We would like to inform you that Mr. Anil Anant Raje (DIN: 01658167) has tendered his resignation from the post of Chairman and Managing Director of the company due to his personal reasons. He will cease to be the Chairman and Managing Director of the Company with effect from closing of business hours on May 12th 2020. However he will continue to serve as a non-executive director.
