Vijay Solvex Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 14, 2017, inter alia, for consideration, approval and take on record the Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter ended December 31, 2016.
Further, pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and in terms of Vijay Solvex Ltd - Insider Trading Code, the Trading Window will be closed from February 07, 2017 till the close of business hours on February 15, 2017, (both days inclusive) for Directors, Designated Employees and their immediate relatives i.e. they cannot not deal (either purchase or sale) in securities of the company when the trading window is closed.
