a) The Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Year ended on March 31
2021 along with the Audit Report are enclosed;
b) Appointed Ramesh Chandra Mishra & Associates (COP - 3987) as the secretarial auditor of the company for the financial year 2021-22;
c) Appointed CA SDK & ASSOCIATES CHARTERED ACCOUNTANTS (Membership No. - 111573) as the internal auditor of the company for the financial year 2021-22;
