With reference to earlier announcement dated April 12, 2014 regarding Shareholding Pattern For March 31, 2014, Sharyans Resources Ltd has now informed BSE that Fine Estates Private Limited ( Promoter) purchased on March 28, 2014, 30,60,404 Shares (17.6189%) by way of inter-se transfer from another promoter i.e. Kempro Traders Pvt Ltd, since these shares were lying in the brokers pool account if was shown erroneously under Public Shareholding-Clearing members, Hence the Company has re-submitted revised Shareholding pattern for the said period.
