Kunststoffe Industries: Closure of Trading Window

We wish to inform you that Kunststoffe Industries Limited ("the Company") has decided to close the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company for Designated Persons and Relatives of Designated Persons with effect from Thursday 01st January 2026 till the conclusion of 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results for the 3rd quarter and nine months ended 31st December 2025 in terms of provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 (as amended from time to time) circulars issued by the stock exchanges and Companys Code of Conduct.
