On the recommendation of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee the Board of Directors of the Company in their meeting held on September 30 2020 has approved the appointment of Mr. Suresh Chandra Gupta (DIN: 08748162) as Additional Director (Non-Executive-Independent Director) of the Company w.e.f. October 1 2020 to hold office till the conclusion of the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company and subject to the approval of the members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting appointed as Independent Director of the Company for a term of five (5) consecutive years commenced w.e.f. October 1 2020.
