Cimmco: Request For Extension Of Timeline For Submission Of Financial Statement/Results For The Quarter And Year Ended 31St March 2020

We enclose herewith the copy of the Companys letter dated 17th June 2020 (a copy whereof has already been dispatched/submitted to SEBI) to humbly seek extension of time till 31st August 2020 for submission of the quarterly and year-to-date Ind-AS complied financial statement/results as on 31st March 2020 on the grounds mentioned therein.

We request your good office to grant the aforesaid extension of time to the Company.
