Suprajit Engineering Ltd has informed BSE that the Hon?ble High Court of Karnataka has directed to convene the Court Convened Meetings of Equity Shareholders, Unsecured and Secured Creditors to consider the proposal of of the Scheme of Amalgamation of Phoenix Lamps Limited with Suprajit Engineering Limited and the Meetings will be held on September 24, 2016.
