Pursuant to the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading of the Company and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed w.e.f 1st January 2020 till 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results of the Company for the quarter ending on 31st December 2019 for the Directors KMPs Promoters & Promoters Group and Designated Persons etc. covered under the code.
