Geometric Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 23, 2014, inter alia, has allotted 240,818 (Two Lakhs Forty Thousand Eight Hundred Eighteen Only) Equity shares of Rs. 2 each on the exercise of vested stock options under ESOP Scheme 2009 - Employees, ESOP Scheme 2009 - Directors and ESOP Scheme 2011.
