In reference to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations 2018 pursuant to the Companys Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading as amended the "Trading Window" for dealing in the equity shares of the Company shall remain closed for all designated person and their immediate relatives from July 01 2021 till the conclusion of 48 hours after the declaration of UN-audited financial results of the company for the quarter ended on June 30 2021.
