Knowledge Marine & Engineering Works: Board Meeting Outcome for Outcome Of Board Meeting Dated January 30 2026

We wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Knowledge Marine & Engineering Works Limited at their meeting held on today i.e. Friday January 30 2026 has considered and approved the scheme of Amalgamation of two wholly owned Subsidiary companies of the Company viz. (a) Indian Ports Dredging Private Limited and (b) Knowledge Infra Ports Private Limited with Knowledge Marine & Engineering Works Limited under Section 230 to 232 of the Companies Act 2013 read with relevant rules and regulations made thereunder.
