This is with reference to our earlier letter dated August 10 2021 intimating the date of 33rd Annual General meeting and the book closure dates we herewith intimate to the Exchange that due to certain exigencies and difficulties in implementing the schedule of conducting the Annual General Meeting the Board of Directors has approved by way of resolution by circulation re-scheduling of 33rd Annual General Meeting from Friday September 10 2021 to Wednesday September 22 2021 at 09:00 A M.
