1. To note disclosure of interest of the director of Company.
2. To consider and approve the Audited Financial Accounts for the fourth quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2014.
3. Recommendation of Dividend for the Financial Year 2013-14, if any.
4. To take note of resignation of Mrs. Vishakha Mehta, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from April 30, 2014 and to appoint Mr. Shirpal Bafna, Director of the Company as Compliance Officer till the appointment of the new Company Secretary.
5. Taking note of Audit Committee minutes, Shareholder Committee Minutes of the Company.
Further, the trading window will be closed from May 22, 2014 to May 30, 2014 (both days inclusive] pursuant to the Companys Prohibition of Insider Trading Code.
