With reference to the earlier letter dated February 09, 2016 regarding Outcome of Board Meeting held on February 09, 2016, Perfect-Octave Media Projects Ltd has now informed BSE that in the said proceedings the Company had inadvertently mentioned tenure of appointment five years instead of three years :
Further, the Company has informed that in the Board Meeting of the Company held on February 09, 2016 following two resolutions were passed:
1. Appoitnmet of Mr. Ganesh Kumar as Managing Director for term of three years.
2. Appointment of Mr. Ratish Tagde as the Executive Chairman of the Board for a period of three years.
