Takyon Networks Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 20/05/2026 inter alia to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29 and other relevant Regulations if any of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 please note that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Wednesday the 20th day of May 2026 inter- alia to transact the following business: (i) To consider and approve the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended 31st March 2026 as per regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015;(ii) Any other matter with the approval of the Chairperson.
