Pfizer Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from August 30, 2013 to September 06, 2013 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Payment of Dividend & Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on September 06, 2013.
The said dividend, if declared at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting, shall be paid on September 12, 2013.
