The term sheet for the development of hotels villas resorts wellness facilities anadventure park and other residential and non-residential properties on theCompanys land situated at Saras Icchawar District Sehore Madhya Pradesh. Theproposed development will be undertaken on the Companys land along with landowned by other promoter group entities aggregating approximately 220 acres.
