Further to our letter dated 28th January 2026 and pursuant to Reg 33 & Reg 30 read with Para A of Schedule III of SEBI (LODR) Reg 2015 we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors at its meeting held today 9th February 2026 has inter-alia considered and approved the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) for the third quarter and nine months ended 31st December 2025. The meeting commenced at 5.00 p.m. and ended at 7.05 p.m.
