Further to our letter dated 28th January 2026 and pursuant to Reg 33 and Reg 30 read with Para A of Schedule III of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors at its meeting held today i.e. Monday 9th February 2026 has inter-alia considered and approved the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) for the Third Quarter ended 31st December 2025. A copy of the Unaudited Financial Results along with the Limited Review Report for the Quarter and Nine Months ended 31st December 2025 are enclosed herewith. The meeting commenced at 5.00 p.m. and ended at 7.05 p.m.
