The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company shall remain closed from November 08, 2017 to November 11, 2017 (Both days inclusive) for the purpose of Annual General Meeting and payment of final dividend of Re. 0.60/- (60%), if approved at the Annual General Meeting.
