1. To approve the Audited Financial Results for the financial year ended March 31, 2015.
Further, In accordance with the provisions of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window of the Company will remain closed from May 16, 2015 to June 01, 2015 for the purpose of consider and approve the Audited Financial Results for the financial year ended March 31, 2015.
