Harita Seating Systems Ltd has informed BSE that at the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company (the board) held on February 06 2019 the board declared an interim dividend for the financial year ending March 31 2019 at the rate of Rs. 3/- per share (30%) on 77 69 040 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each fully paid up absorbing a sum of Rs. 233.07 lakhs.
