The Appointment of Mrs. Archana Sharma (DIN: 10798849) and Mr. Vinod Sacheti (DIN: 03022059) as Independent Directors.2. Re-constitution of Audit Committee Nomination and Remuneration Committee and Stakeholders Relationship Committee.
