Honble National Company Law Tribunal , Mumbai Bench vide its order dated 20th July, 2018 has initiated the Liquidation process of Linkson International Limited under Section 33 of the Insolvency & Bankruptcy code 2016. CS Manish Baldeva, having IP Registration No. IBBI/IPA-002/IP-N00043/2016-17/10082 has been appointed as Liquidator of the said Company.
