The Honble NCLAT vide order dated December 09 2021 has reserved the orders in the said appeal and has directed that the operation of the Impugned Order dated November 15 2021 shall remain stayed. Accordingly the said meeting of the Equity Shareholders of the Company is kept in abeyance till the receipt of final order from the NCLAT.On receipt of the final order from the NCLAT the Company shall intimate/update the Stock Exchanges.
