Bharat Electronics Ltd has informed BSE that the Company had informed on July 05, 2012, the decision of BEL Board of Directors to establish a Joint Venture Company (JVC) with M/s. Thales Air Systems SA, France and M/s. Thales India Pvt. Ltd in Radar Business Area.
Further, the Company has informed that the JVC has been incorporated on August 28, 2014 under the name 'BEL-THALES Systems Limited'.
