1. Took note of Whole Time Key Managerial Person as per Section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013.
2. Took note of reconstitution of various committees of the Board as per requirement of Companies Act, 2013.
3. Fixation of the date of Annual General Meeting on September 22, 2014.
4. Ms. Nupur Garg, appointed as Internal Auditor of the company pursuant to provisions of Companies Act, 2013.
5. Took note of Proposal on Employment Linked Skill Training Programmes of RSLDC.
6. Board has decided to provide training in the Health Care Sector, Agriculture Sector, Information and Communication Technology Sector, Banking & Accounting Sector & Renewable Energy Sector.
