Approved Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the company for the quarter and year ended 31st March 2022 along with Auditors Report in terms of Regulation 33 (3) (a) and (b) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015.2. Based on the recommendation of Nomination and Remuneration Committee approved reappointment of Mr. Seethaiah Nama (DIN: 00784491) as Managing Director of the Company for a period of 3 years with effect from 1st May 2022 subject to the approval of shareholders.
