Linkson International: Extension of time for holding A G M

Linkson International Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has made an application on September 26, 2013 requesting for an extension of time for the purpose of holding Annual General Meeting on the grounds that Mr. Yashwant Lalchand Sangla and Ms. Manju Yashwant Sangla promoters and Directors of the Company have been hospitalized for medical reasons and are not in a position to attend and conduct the Annual General Meeting.

The application of the Company has been approved by the office of Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra, Mumbai, for extension of the time for holding the Annual General Meeting of the Company for the financial year ended March 31,
2013 upto December 31, 2013 i.e. 3 months from the date of the last Annual General meeting held on September 29, 2012.
