SUB : Intimation of the Extension of Annual General Meeting of the Company
We hereby inform you that in terms of the approval under the Companies Act, 2013, the Company has obtained an extension of time for holding its Annual General Meeting (AGM) upto 15th November, 2018 for adoption of Accounts for the financial year 2017-18.
Registrar of Companies (ROC) vide its order dated 17.09.2018 had approved for 1 month and 15 days i.e 15th November, 2018 (Copy of order is attached herewith). We shall convey the date of Annual General meeting as and when Company decides as such.
